Workshop and Party Cancellation Policy

We do not issue refunds on workshop or party registrations. 

If you register for a workshop or party and later become unable to attend, we will ship your kit to you with the needed supplies.  We can also offer a credit for your registration amount to use toward any future event if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. 

To cancel and request a credit, you must CONTACT US or EMAIL US at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to merchandise purchases.  

In the event a class is canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, issues with our instructors,  or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date. 

About Our Policy

Our workshops and parties require a great deal of planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking the instructor(s), and making commitments to pay our instructor(s) — all based on the number of students who register.  When students ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we lose money.  As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our prices low.  

In fairness to all of our customers we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness, travel, or work hours. If you are unable to attend a party or workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!

Product Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email for instructions.
